Corrugation Gum (Alkaline)

We produce corrugation gum that is fine quality dry powder in white or off white color. Prepared from the best quality starch, this products is largely used in the corrugating industry. Partially hydrolyzed starches, this product is made by roasting in the presence of different catalysts. Through this process, the large molecules are formed into small molecules with maintained viscosity.

Method of preparation:

Swatik corrugation gum is composed in such a manner that it is easiest to prepare and use. No special skills or costly machinery required. First fill the required water in drum and start stirrer and simultaneously pour the Swastik Corrugation Gum powder gradually to avoid lump formation. Now stir well for 30 minutes, the mixture will be uniformly viscous. The mixture is ready to use.

Note:

• Take care that the Swastik corrugation / solution should never be mixed with pasting gum powder/ solution and vice versa.
• While preparing the gum solution, add gum powder to water and not water to gum powder to avoid lump formation.
